Discover
We let our customers choose the flooring and style they want, whether that's an eco-friendly recycled laminate for their home or a sleek, silent carpet tile for their business. We leave it at the hands of our clients to make their pick and only get involved if requested.
Demo
We pull up the old flooring in sections, cutting it into strips so we're not dragging the whole thing and ripping up the padding or catching a nail that's holding the subfloor down. We peel it back from the edges, watching for old adhesive still bonded to the floor. And we're always watching for stuff we shouldn't touch.
Preparation
We level low spots, strip old glue and debris, and get the surface dead flat and clean. Skipping this is the number one reason floors telegraph bumps, separate at seams, and fail within a few years.
Install
We take our time on the final install — aligning seams, working out air bubbles, and checking every edge in the light. The customer walks in and should forget the floor exists, not see where one piece ends and the next begins.
